The opportunity

A structural gap no single platform company can credibly own.


Defence, disaster response, wildfire, Arctic operations and critical infrastructure will not run on one system. They will run on many, from many vendors. The coordination and governance standard that makes those systems interoperate under pressure does not exist yet.

No competing manufacturer will accept a rival’s governance layer. The neutral architecture has to come from outside the platform ecosystem. That is the position AEROS is building into.

    Signed non-disclosure agreements with field-technology partners across Canada, Europe and allied markets, covering uncrewed ground systems, mesh communications and sovereign compute pathways.

    REMORA field node demonstrated with AVA-lite governance logic running. Two-node shared-state continuity through degraded communications confirmed, with human authorization and audit trail live.

  2. First qualified engagement

    At least one qualified government, defence or strategic partner briefing completed, with a pilot pathway discussion opened.

  3. Pilot pathway established

    At least one formal pilot pathway confirmed through a Canadian government program, a strategic partner agreement or an allied engagement.
